A short, plain explanation of what happens to the details you send us.
Julius Mikelevičius (individual activity certificate No. 1496322, Lithuania) is the controller of the personal data described here. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].
Only what you send us:
To prepare your preview, talk to you about it and, if you order, build, launch and invoice your website. On the order form, reCAPTCHA checks that it was sent by a person and not a spam bot. If you allow it, Google Analytics counts visits so we can see which pages help. We never send newsletters unless you ask for them, and we never sell your data.
We process your data to take the steps you asked for before a contract and to carry out that contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and to keep the accounting records the law requires (Article 6(1)(c)). The reCAPTCHA check is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the order form free of spam (Article 6(1)(f)). Analytics and marketing cookies are only used with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
If you don't order, your form answers and files are deleted automatically 60 days after you send the form. If you order, we delete them 30 days after your site goes online, unless we host your site: then we keep them, with a backup of the site, for as long as we host it. Invoices and contract records are kept for as long as Lithuanian accounting law requires.
| Processor | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Hetzner Online GmbH | Runs the server for this website and our own email server | EU |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Stores your form answers and the files you upload (R2 storage) | EU |
| Resend, Inc. | Sends our automatic emails to you, such as the order confirmation and your preview link | USA |
| Google Ireland Ltd (reCAPTCHA) | Checks that the order form is sent by a person, not a bot | EU and USA |
| Google Ireland Ltd (Tag Manager, Analytics) | Only if you accept analytics cookies: counts visits and which pages are read | EU and USA |
| Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd | Takes your payment and sends your invoice. We never see your card details. | EU and USA |
Emails we write to you by hand come from our own email server. Where data goes to the USA, it is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses in each company's data processing agreement.
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you allow cookies. Until you say yes, nothing that tracks you is turned on. You can change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Fonts are served from our own server.
| Cookie | What it does | Kept for |
|---|---|---|
| cc_cookie | Remembers your cookie choice. Necessary, always set. | 6 months |
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics: tells visits apart so they can be counted. We don't use it to identify you. | Up to 2 years |
Google Tag Manager loads on every page but sets no cookies itself. It only starts the tools you allowed. If we add marketing tools (such as an ad platform's pixel), they will be listed here and will only run if you accept marketing cookies.
The order page loads Google reCAPTCHA, which collects information about your device and how you use the page (such as your IP address and mouse movements) to tell people from bots, and may set its own cookies. It is only loaded on the order page. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to it.
Your browser's local storage keeps two things on your device: the style you pick in the bar at the bottom of the screen, and your order form answers until you send them, so you don't lose them if you leave the page. Neither is sent to us until you send the form.
Our server briefly records technical details of each request: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working, and they are deleted after 30 days.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
You can also complain to Lithuania's State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI) or the authority in the country where you live.
