Terms

Last updated: 15 September 2026

The plain terms for ordering a website from us.

Who we are

These terms apply to websites ordered from Julius Mikelevičius, individual activity certificate No. 1496322, Lithuania (“we”). Questions go to [email protected].

What you get

A website for your business, built from your order form answers and the material you send us, in one of our styles. Before you pay, you get a private preview to check and ask for changes.

Booking systems and online shops are not included. We can link to a booking service you already use.

Price and payment

  • The website costs €990, once.
  • You pay after you approve the preview and before we launch the site.
  • You pay by card through Stripe, which also sends your invoice. We don't take other payment methods.
  • If we host the site for you, hosting and the web address cost €99 a year, billed yearly through Stripe.

Preview and changes

One round of changes is included. Send us everything you'd like changed in one message, and we send you an updated preview. If you want more changes after that, we tell you what they cost before doing them. If a change means a different website from the one described in your order form, we also tell you before doing it.

The preview is available for 30 days. If you haven't approved it by then, it expires and you owe nothing.

Changes after launch

Changes after the site is online are charged by the hour. We agree the rate and the work with you personally before we start.

Your material

You are responsible for the texts, photos and logos you send us, and for having the right to use them. We build with what you send, so the quality of your photos affects how the site looks.

Ownership

Once you have paid, the website files are yours to keep, move or change.

Hosting

If the site runs on your own hosting, you are responsible for that hosting account. If we host it, we keep it online for as long as the yearly hosting is paid.

Liability

Our total liability for a website is limited to the price you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
